You can tribute him on your field, have your opponent destroy him, discard from your hand, mill from your deck, return from banish zone to graveyard, etc. will all trigger his search effect.

This card suck why would you even want 1 in your deck. White Stone of Ancients is the card you want to use

It's useful if you have to polimerizate from hand using Ultimate Dragons Kaiba's ability to fusion Summon Neo Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon. I summon it every match i play.

...That isn't especially useful in the first place, and The Melody of Awakening Dragon and Priestess with Eyes of Blue pretty much both do that better anyway.
